  • Not accepted: Strokes cut off at the edge

How the notice says to prepare it

JPEG/JPG; 10-20 KB. Current CGL notice gives about 6.0 cm x 2.0 cm in one section and 4.0 cm x 2.0 cm in its application annexure; this internal inconsistency is retained as conflicting. Blurred or miniature signatures are liable to rejection. PwD(VH) candidates may use thumb impression where the notice permits.

What may be rejected

By the examination authority

  • Poor-quality, miniature, blurred or side-facing live photographs and blurred/miniature signatures are liable to rejection.
  • The current notice gives different signature widths in two sections; candidates should follow the live portal's validator.
